I’m not superstitious when it comes to dreams but I do believe we can grasp thoughts that are stirring within our subconscious, many ancients and tribes believed they carried and served as premonitions of future experiences. Dreams can represent our subconscious symbolically. I think dreams are attempting to reorganize our ideas and they can be used to learn something.

In 2010, I had Terence McKenna lectures and videos and playing consecutively, I find his talks educational, informative and entertaining. A lot of his talks had to do with drugs, the mind, creativity and human achievement. I find his vocabulary is extensive and he has very inspiring words in his lectures.

The reason I bring up McKenna is because Joe Rogan opened my interest in him and I decided to check him out for myself. I believe Terence McKenna’s lecture had overloaded my brain and launched the notions behind this dream I had once with Joe Rogan as my teacher in a high school.

I was late for class. It seemed to be an ordinary class, the student desks were in pairs. All of the students sat with their partners. I was front and center in my desk, but my partner had not arrived. Joe Roan enthusiastically bellows at the class, flipping a piece of chalk in the air and back to his hand,

“ OK, class, with out past efforts we have come to realize that technology, the New World Order, The Future, The Robutts can and probably will phase out many of the way things are done on this planet.”

The class sighed in unison, I was nodding in agreement. Joe Rogan was pacing back and forth in front of the blackboard and began again,

“ Yes, the robutts, the com-pu-ters, they will probably phase out some problems, while giving us new ones as well. It’s all like a yin-yang. Balance. But the robutts will potentially wipe out a lot of the jobs by servicing as automotons, being more easier to manage and collect. You guys are young but I must ask you this next question. If the robutts do take over and remove more positions in automating work. What do you think will be the most important thing towards your humanity? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller!?”

The class looked befuddled, silence, the clock was ticking in the background. Rogan turns around, his back towards us, he frantically scribbles on the board, writing something. He’s writing on the board and yells while underlining repeatedly and yelling the answer,

The chalk dust produced snowflakes below the underlining and manifested around like a fog.

This dream had biting vividness. I thought the Rogan mannerisms were definitely accurate, as well as the hints from Terence Mckenna, I think it is an invaluable estimation upon the future, as well as any moment. That we will rely on creativity to push the advancement of humanity, in whatever craft that may be. To me it will be creativity and ingenuity that will mark this ship. As it is not something that can be immediately and easily introduced to a computer mind.

“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.” -Albert Einstein
